PRIVACY POLICY: This Privacy Policy covers all parts of our site. We will not reveal your personal information or email address to anyone, except when we use your postal mailing or email address to complete your order.
We do not collect or sell email addresses for the purposes of advertisement or sending spam, nor will we provide your email address to those who do. The only information that we will know about you is what you transmit to us either by email or by completing an order through our Pink Elephanttm store.
You are under no obligation, at any time, to reveal any information about yourself that you do not want us to know. We only use the information you provide to us for completing your order and answering your inquiries.
If you use PayPal, we do not have any credit card or bank information about you, as that information is passed directly from you to them using their Secure site.
PRICING: Please note that all prices are in U.S. Currency. Shipping, Handling, and Insurance is not included in the sale price, but calculated during checkout. If you wish to know the shipping and insurance rates on a specific item we'll be glad to quote them. International Orders, please email us at thepinkelephants for exact shipping quotes prior to purchase and checkout.
SALES TAX: Sales tax is 7.5% on all items shipped to Florida.
ORDER PROCESSING: After you submit your order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order was placed and your item(s) are being prepared for shipment. If you are paying by Credit Card, your order will be shipped next day. Checks may be held up to 10 days until cleared by our bank. Current applicable bank fees will be charged in cases of returned/bounced checks. If payment is not received within seven (7) days of order confirmation, the hold will be removed from the item(s) and they will be returned to stock.
SHIPPING: All items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail unless stated otherwise. We insure all items for the full purchase amount and at buyers expense. We do ship internationally, but you must contact us before placing your order for shipping rates and delivery timelines. Should you have any questions please feel free to email us at thepinkelephants. We will notify you by email and include your Delivery Confirmation Number the day your item has been shipped.
COMBINED SHIPPING: We will gladly combine shipping to lower your shipping costs. If you place more than one order with us at the same time or you want to order more than one item at the same time, please email us so that we may quote you combined shipping costs.
RETURNS & REFUNDS: We're certain you'll be happy with your purchase. We take extra care to fully describe our items, including any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please email us before placing your order.
If an occasion should arise where you feel you must return an item, please contact us for return instructions within three days (by email or phone) of receipt of your item. Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund for your item if returned in the same condition as when it was sent to you excluding any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which are not reimbursable. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return.
DAMAGED ITEMS: We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage and breakage. If, despite our efforts your order arrives damaged, you must take the entire order (all contents and all original packing materials) to your local U.S. Post Office to file a claim. The U.S. Post Office will send the claim to us for processing. Please, do not repack and do not mail the damaged items back to us. This will void the U.S. Post Office insurance and we will not be able to process your refund.
RESTOCKING FEES: We do not charge restocking fees.
